John McKinnie Smith – land bequeathed by his will

So up to this point we see that Samuel Smith Jr willed his land on the south side of Neuse river to his sons John and Larkin to be equally divided in 1809.

John made a verbal will in 1815 where he gave his brother Larkin Smith all his lands.
